Synopsis

Martin is the king of DIY, a busybody know-it-all who tries to run the community. He's also a pompous bore. His uptight personality drives some folks up the wall although he does have his faithful followers. His wife Ann is a patient & loving ally, although she is at times driven to despair. Martin's world is turned upside down with the arrival of a dashing & popular new neighbour, who threatens to upset his regimented domain.
