After spending the night among the beautiful and historic ruins of the Basque town of Hondarribia, you won’t want to miss the Michelin-starred restaurant Etxebarri, where head chef Bittor Arguinzoniz is famed for his mastery of the barbecue, and cooks absolutely everything over burning wood.
